Introduction :

Complete hole machine in Stainless Steel special for starching woven and printed labels.

Consisting of:

1 Finishing pad, equipped with 2 rubber rollers, 80 shore, Ø 100 mm, width 400 mm, pressure infinitelly variable and driven from 0 to 30 metres per minute. Entire aggregate encased with stainless steel.
1 Finishing bath, 20 litres content, made of stainless steel, with 4 deflection rollers.
1 Additional device for the backside coating consisting of: 1 steel cylinder, Ø 217 mm, 400 mm wide, continually driven
2 regulable squeegees
1 finishing bath, 20 litres content.
The coating device can be switched on and off from the control panel, independent from the main ladder.
1 Infrared drying chamber, fabric content: 33 meters. Heating: 28 kW. The infrared lamps are automatically switched off and covered when the machine stops. Temperature control by a Thyrlator. 2 front doors, insulated. No sliding doors, but doors which can be normally opened. Closed design with 1 fan.
1 Drying System: with 11 cylinders, working width: 400 mm, roller diameter 256 mm. Each cylinder is equipped with a 2-kW heating. Themperature regulable up to 200°C. Fan mounted. 1 infinitely variable drive, controlled by a dancer. All 11 cylinders are mounted in an insulated chamber. Heating 44 kW.
1 Watercooled cylinder.
1 Fabric outlet device for 6 ends. Distance between the rollers: 600 mm.
1 Control panel for the operation of the machine. For the electrical parts a separate chamber will be supplied which can be mounted somewhere next to the machine. The operation is made directly at the machine.
1 Counter giving an acoustic signal upon arriving to the number of meters requested.
The machine switches automatically over to slow run in order to change the bobbins.
1 Winding unit.
