SPECIFICATIONS OF MODEL ZDC-IV

Machine features:

- Die cut machine Model ZDC-IV is recognized worldwide for superb quality and high speed production. It cuts with a superior quality sealed edge.

- The machine has adjustable cartridge. It has the ability to by-pass the cartridge unit and re-roll the label with selvage removed. The packing system can stack any shape die cut labels.

- All shapes are available from minimum 10mm x 10mm by maximum 95mm x 135mm.

Machine Description

Working Head uses mechanical pressure with air cooling system on the working area.
Ribbon Feed adjustable length controlled by pulling.
Precision using an encoder, the label is positioned exactly in the desired position.
Motorised ribbon unwinder an automatic stop when no material is present.
Laminating Unit - Rewinder adjustable pins make the production of self-adhesive badges possible.
